We ship all orders via Express Courier with the following delivery time after dispatching the order:

1 | Europe – 1 - 4 Days Shipping Time via DHL or DPD Express
2 | US & Canada – 3 to 4 Days Shipping Time via DHL Express
3 | Rest of the world – 2 to 6 Days Shipping Time via DHL or DPD Express

NB: Please note there might be delays due to holidays and non-working days in different countries or Covid 19 pandemic situation.

NB: Please note all shipping times do not include the production time we need to make your pieces.

We ship via DHL express and DPD express couriers.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number after your order is being send.

We do accept exchanges. Here's how to exchange an item:

1 | Contact us at support@linenfairytales.com with information about the exchange.

2 | You will receive instructions for returning the item

3 | Once we receive the returned parcel, we will send you the new one

Please note the following:

- All exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery

- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all
tags attached

- CUSTOM ORDERS are not subject of exchange due to their specific sizing and changes (unless there is proven defect, wrong size or color)

- We accept one exchange per item

- Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
