Please allow 5 - 9 business days to create your clothes, as every linen piece is made particularly for you after placing an order. We are a handmade sustainable brand with one-of-a-kind pieces and we do not have clothes in stock as large fashion retailers. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Change of Heart? We Do Accept Returns & Exchanges.
- All returns & exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery
- All items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached
- We accept only one exchange per item
- Custom Orders* cannot be returned or exchanged due to their specific sizing and changes (unless there is proven defect, wrong size or color)
- Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable
*Custom orders are considered items with provided additional information – height, personal measurements, change of fabric, model, etc. which changes the final product.

NB: Declared value increases the possibility of delays/holds at Customs, Linenfairytales is not responsible for any additional duty fees and custom charge
NB: During peak season, allow extra processing time for refunds due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds are visible in the initial payment account, timing depends on your payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
